- Intimate Celebrations: For smaller events of less than 50 people, they include custom farm tables, white-washed cross-back dining chairs, bars, wine barrels to use as cocktail tables or food stations, glassware, china, silverware and napkins, a wedding arbor, set up and break down of the event and transportation to and from the Lodge for overnight guests.
- Larger Celebrations: If you have a large event booked for more than 50 peoplet the flat fee includes all of the items mentioned above along with event staffing, and screens and room dividers made of barnwood.

- The Arena: 8,000 square feet with room for up to 325 people.
- The Yurt: Mountaintop yurt overlooking the mountains and valley with room for up to 39.
- The Tavern: 1800s cabin next to a pristine, high-alpine field. Available in summer, seating up to 160.
- The Remuda: 36,000 square foot indoor riding arena with room for you to 1200 people.
- YUTA + The Bar: Restaurant and bar with combined space is 3,100 square feet with space for up to 125 guests.
- The Wine Room: Views of the wine cellar with 750 square feet and space for 50 people.
- Private Dining Room: 675 sqaure feet with seating for 25 people.
