CONTENT CLEANING SERVICES
Our content cleaning service is for your valuables and other items. We help by assessing and restoring as many of your belongings to their pre-loss condition as possible after a fire.
The first step in the process is to assess the situation and determine which valuables can be saved, and which ones are too far gone and will need to be replaced, if possible. We have over 40 years of experience in the contents restoration field, so we know what works, and we also have a good idea which items can be restored, and which ones, unfortunately, cannot.
The good news is that most items that have not come in contact with direct flames or extreme heat can be restored.
When restoring items, we use professional-grade restoration tools and products to clean and restore your items. We change up our approach with each item based on what it is made of and the level of damage.

Our technicians, when assessing damaged items, consider the value of the items based on three factors. They consider the replacement cost or value of the item itself at today’s prices. They also consider sentimental value, and what your items mean to you on a personal level as an heirloom or other item that simply cannot be replaced. The third factor they consider is the antique value if a particular item is very old.
When restoring a home or business from fire damage, we often have to remove the items from the home or business while the building is being restored. We safely pack all your items and move them to an off-site location where we can work on restoring them, before packing them back up. We’ll then transfer them back to your home or business and replacethem, often times in their exact location, once the restoration has been completed.
