What is the Time Commitment for Coaching?
Leaders also often wonder about the time commitment required. In order to ensure rapid growth and development, I structure coaching sessions in a way that optimizes clients’ use of their time. For executives, we typically meet 1-2 times monthly for 60-90 minutes via video conference or phone. Between sessions, I provide personalized assignments and recommendations based on what will make the most significant impact for that leader. For intact teams, I combine individual coaching for the team leader with facilitated team sessions every 4-6 weeks.
