A survey may need to be done to understand the impact a sign might have on a property.  This is especially important when government building codes are involved.  Peachtree Signs & Graphics can perform a survey for you.

Code Research and landlord requirements

Outside signs many times require compliance with local government building codes. Landlords might have additional requirements so Peachtree Signs & Graphics can perform research for you and also offer service to obtain the required permits

Graphic Design

One of Peachtree Signs & Graphics strengths is bringing “art” to the development of signage through in house graphic design. We offer design service or customization of your current signage. We will suggest different options and ensure that the maximum visibility of your company is achieved.

Engineering

Engineering is required to successfully develop and install signage especially when the signage is large and complex.  Physical properties such as weight and center of mass must be considered.  Weather elements must also be considered for outside signs.

Fabrication

Peachtree Signs & Graphics can fabricate a signage item out of many different materials including wood, marble, steel, stone, plastic and composite materials. Material and the finish depends on the location of the signage as well as for how long it is expected to last. This is key to jointly agree on the optimal signage solution for your need.

Installation

Signs have a variety of installation challenges especially when they may be placed on a 7 story building. Different background ie drywall, brickwall, windows will require different materials and Peachtree Signs & Graphics can do this for you.

Maintenance

Let’s face it, things wear out and/or break. Sometimes material provided will deteriote faster than expected (with certain products there will even be a material warranty). Peachtree Signs & Graphics can perform maintenance for you on your signage item.
