To obtain our property management services our fees are as follows:
For only charge 50% of one full month’s rent to place the tenant and then 3%-5% monthly. Included in this we offer the following services:
- Property Management for 1 complete year.
- All advertising of property
- Provide rental application
- Verify all references including previous landlord and employment
- Provide credit check/eviction check
- Signing of lease
- Annual Property Inspections (if applicable)
- Collection of monthly rent
- Provide monthly statements detailing account activity
- Assist with maintenance requests (owner responsible for fees)
- Move-in Inspection/Move-out Inspection
If you would like help finding a tenant and you would like to manage your own property, then we charge 60% of one full months rent to place the tenant. We perform all the services listed above with the exception of the last 5 bullet points.
