When we first started working with Robert Franks at Cassidy Turley his team weren't sure which of their 230+ properties had signs, needed signs or had damaged signs. They needed help taking inventory for the signage on all their properties, to get an idea of which ones needed new or updated signs.
In order to take this kind of a signage inventory, we needed to visit all 230 properties oursleves - and that's no small task! We simply took a list of all their commercial real estate listings, and then visited each site, snapping a photo at each location. We then created a spreadsheet which included the location of each sign, the information on them, the condition they were in, and recommendations of work that needed to be done, to go along with the pictures. With this inventory index Cassidy Turley was easily able to decide which signs they wanted to replace. Now we maintain and update their signs and signage index as we continue to work with Robert Franks and his great team at Cassidy Turley.
This index is now a great tool for Cassidy Turley to help make their business run more efficitenly. An example of this is recently they had a broker leave their organization. The inventory index allowed us to quickly see which signs had the broker's name on them so they could be updated.
This was a bit of an unusual project, but it does demonstrate that we are a full service sign company, ready to tackle any project for our clients!
