This project combines different sign elements to create an overall display that is more a work-of-art than just a sign. The orange shapes were created from custom printed digital wall wrap material that is then machine cut and applied directly to the wall in the desired pattern. This vinyl material is the same material that is used for custom vinyl wall wraps that wrap the entire wall, and is very similar to the material that is used for vehicle graphics and wraps. The orange pattern decals create the perfect framing for the lobby letter sign in the center of the wall. The lobby sign made from 3-D letters bring dimension to the overall space. The sign letters and logo are router cut from 1/2″ clear acrylic. The clear acrylic is then back-painted in custom colors, leaving the clear face of the acrylic to appear as if it is floating off of the surface of the wall.
