This fine little piece of specialty treat machinery may just well be our favorite thing we have wrapped to date! Just like all of the specialty items we wrap, the process and materials involved are like that of the vehicle wrap process, with the added step of building the custom template for your graphics. While vehicle wraps are generally built into templates based on the vehicle manufacturer specs that are readily available to the wrap industry, speciality items like this snow cone machine do not have templates available. So, our knowledgeable design team must first make the templates by taking detailed measurements of the item to be wrapped. Then, these measurements are transferred into a layout template using our knowledge of what it takes to translate a 2-dimensional design onto a 3-dimensional object,  allowing for proper bleed, curvatures and installation. We keep a copy of your print files indefinitely, so that should you ever need to replace your wrap, or perhaps wrap another item to be identical, we can do that too! The design is then printed on one of our large format digital printers onto the same high quality 3M vinyl wrap material that we use to wrap cars. The prints are laminated with a UV film to protect against minor scratching during the installation process and against fading. Our certified installation team are experts at applying wrap vinyl onto all types of surfaces and objects – you can see some of the more interesting specialty items we’ve done, as well as boats, airplanes and hovercraft!
