Recently, we were contacted by Aire Serv of Longview, TX. They were opening a brand new franchise location to serve the Longview area and one of their first purchases was a 2015 Ford 250 Transit. Aire Serves first priority was to get a custom advertising wrap to get an immediate impact for brand awareness.
In the picture above, you can see the finished product after installation. The original color of the van was white as you can see in the picture to the right. Vehicle wraps are an excellent advertising tool and can transform your vehicle into a moving billboard. Wrap advertising is essential for Aire Serv to rapidly increase its brand awareness as a new franchise location.
Aire Serv of Longview, TX is part of a global franchise organization that was established in 1992. They provide installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and indoor air quality systems. The Aire Serv culture is about respect, integrity and customer focus. They provide service to both residential and commercial clients.
Since Aire Serv is a global franchise, they already had a pre-approved design in place for the Ford 250 Transit. Once we received the file from their corporate office we immediately began work preparing the art work for print production. We use vehicle templates provided by Pro Vehicle Outlines. They provide the file at 1/2oth of scale. We then take the template and blow it up 2000% in Adobe Illustrator. This gives us an accurate measurement of what the graphics should be for installation. Once the files are setup we begin printing on our 60 inch HP Latex 260. Our material of choice is 3MIJ180CV34 with 3M 8419 Luster Laminate.
