We recently undertook a project for an urgent care unit in McKinney, Texas that needed to reduce heat and UV exposure. They went to us looking for solar window film and tint and we had a product that would help them reflect about 70 percent of the heat and around 99.9 percent of UV rays from the sun. We were also able to significantly reduce their air-conditioning costs and greatly increase the comfort for their clients and employees at the Quest Care Company.
As you can see in this photo that we took four example purposes, The medical clinic building as very open and large windows, even on the door. These windows make it hard to keep the building consistent with temperature and they also allow more of the suns rays to penetrate the interior of the building. The F20 20% solar film was simply the best choice for this structure.
The 20% solar window film tint product that we use is able to significantly reduce heat UV because it is a dual-reflective 100 percent metallized film. It has a very low into your reflectance so you get perfect vision of the outdoors from within the space.
This particular building was just one of five that we have worked on for Quest Care. We have typically stayed with the 20% solar tinted window film project for these locations that have had very direct heat and glare issues. Hi natural light is transmitted while simultaneously reducing 70 percent of heat and 80 percent of glare. It’s the perfect film for these windows. You can still keep the blinds open while maintaining privacy, which is a bonus feature. The main features are its energy savings and comfort benefits.
