An interior window shade company referred a client to us recently for a window tinting film solution that would reduce heat and protect against ultraviolet radiation from the sun. Their client was a condominium owner who needed fade protection for their newly installed and refinished floor. I consulted with the owner, mentioning that that to reduce fading, we must reject heat as well as UV rays from the sun.
We installed the specialty window tint to reduce UV and heat at his condo but we don’t have an existing photo. The photo used above is just an example of a condominium where windows could present a problem with heat.
The condo that we installed the UV protective window film tint product at is actually a high-rise condo overlooking downtown Dallas, so the view was of upmost importance to preserve.
I showed them the Huper Select Sech, which provided 84 percent infrared heat and 99.9 percent UV protection and is among the best in the industry for this purpose. This product is virtually clear and is non-reflective. Once applied, it is undetectable on the glass.
Huper Optick uses the most advance nanotechnology in their tinted window films. This client was very impressed with the technology. They were blown away, impressed with the clarity of the product once installed.
Our company provides a wide variety of residential and commercial window films and window tinting films. We carry UV protective window film tint that helps reduce heat and save on energy costs for homes, apartment buildings/complexes and commercial properties of all kinds. This even includes schools and government buildings, where energy savings is part of the budget discussion frequently.
There are many different window tint products to consider, but they are developed with specific features for different scenarios and applications. Consult with us to develop a plan for reducing heat, virtually eliminating UV and saving on energy at your home or other type of property. If you are interested in learning more or getting started, just call us. We would be happy to help.
