Midtown Tower recently contacted us looking for a window tinting company. Their older window film had deteriorated and they were currently having a building remodel. We decided that SB-20 solar film would be perfect for the Midtown Tower.
The picture above is the Midtown Tower with their new and improved bronze solar window film. As you can tell in the picture, the window film provides a nice dark reflexion, which gives privacy to those inside. It looks extremely nice installed on the building if we do say so ourselves.
The Midtown Tower is a “6-story Class B property on the northwest corner of Preston Rd at 635 LBJ.” The building has 24-hour key-card access, on-site leasing and maintenance management. A fitness center with a locker room and free ample surface parking. It is a very nice location for a business office.
We put up several samples to allow the ownership group to look at and make the best choice. The ownership group wanted an aesthetic pleasing product as well as a product that is at the top of the performance chart. SB-20 gives a bronze look while reducing 80% of the heat and 99.95 UV. Product has a 10-year warranty by manufacturer covering labor and material. Time of project to complete total strip and refilm of all windows on all 6 floors of the building was 5 weeks.
Solar window film is a great investment for both commercial and residential buildings. It provides privacy with an elegant look.
