We've been working with Bonaventure Condominiums for a long time, going back all the way to the year 2000. Our relationship formed over our ability to solve a problem that they were having. They had residents that wanted window tinting film to help control the sun and filter unwanted light and heat, but other residents who didn't want the film applied. Back then, this would have caused an odd look on the exterior of the building, because the only window films that were available at the time were either darkened or shiny window tinting products. Imagine a large residential building with some windows dark in some windows light, due to the window tinting film being applied only on some windows. Back in 2000 we introduced our client to Huper Optik's DREI window tinting film, which was the answer to their problem. This particular product reduces 70% of solar heat and 99% of UV rays, like other solar films, but this film is virtually undetectable from an exterior viewpoint. With this film, some residents could have the film installed, while others could choose not to, and the view of the building from the exterior remains consistent. Before the year 2000, when we started working with Bonaventure, they would not allow any dark or shiny window tinting products on their building. But with our solution featuring Huper Optik films, we were able to meet their criteria, and Huper Optik films are currently the only product allowed by the Bonaventure HOA.
