With the growth in business in the Dallas area, many commercial property owners are looking to improve upon their properties to make them more attractive for potential tenants. For example, Boxer Property needed signage to adequately mark the elevators in their buildings for maintenance and safety precautions. This is something we knew we could help with!
In order for maintenance to have an easier job at servicing the elevators, the elevators needed to be clearly identified, so it would be easy to specify which one needed work. Also, in case of an emergency, a tenant would need to know the particular elevator to tell the dispatcher. So we decided to use black dimensional numbers to provide adequate labeling. These numbers were sized to fit the location, and are in a stylized font to match the aesthetic of the building. We also provided signage for inside the elevator to identify which elevator they are on to those utilizing the elevator. These signs are installed to lay flush against the elevator wall, and have a color and font customization to match the look and feel of the building, as well as the elevator itself.
In the photo above you will see an image of the dimensional numbers mounted to the outside of the elevator doors. In the image below right, there is an image of the interior elevator signage. These signs offer added information about Boxer Property, and important details necessary in case of an emergency.
