Harkinson Investments, located at 4455 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy in Dallas, TX, is a commercial property and real estate investment firm, serving the entire Dallas-Fort Worth area. They contacted us because they needed a custom banner sign. One of their properties, located in a light industrial Park area, is a commercial building and they wanted a custom banner to announce the commercial space that is now for lease.

So we helped them figure out what was the right type of banner sign for them. We consulted with our client, listening to and understanding their needs, and then ultimately recommending a white banner with black letters for maximum visibility.
However, Harkinson Investments had one concern. A few years back, they started requiring that all of their tenants have rectangular white signs with their company name on it. They wanted to make sure that all of the tenant signs had a consistent look, and it wasn’t a ‘free-for-all’ with various different signs with different shapes and colors. But the concern was that their sign, offering commercial space for rent, would not stand out, and would blend in with all the other tenant signs. So together we determined that the best solution would be a black banner with white letters. This solution both met their need for something that would attract the attention of prospective tenants, while still maintaining good relations with the existing tenants.
