We offer a guarantee on what we do, labor and materials. If we do a complete modified roof then we will give you a 15-year guarantee on that modified roof. If we do a repair for your property then we will do a 2 year repair guarantee on labor and materials.
Another thing that really makes us Stand Out is the fact that we have a supervisor on site at all times. One thing we have seen over time is that contractors bring in their workers who will do some of the more laborious parts of the job while the supervisor goes off and looks at other properties or other projects that he will supervise. We have a supervisor who has been trained and certified by us to meet our standards of excellence in customer service on site at all times who can make sure the job is going exactly as planned. The supervisor can also deal with anything that comes up that might not have been expected and make sure that all changes to the original plan are done to meet the criteria to do the project well.
This last reason that I will list here might be my personal one but I like a completely clean job site with daily trash removed. if we are going to be working on a job that’s going to take awhile to make sure it’s done properly we will dispose of our trash every single day. We will not pile up trash anywhere. Every single day we will clean up the job site and make sure that it’s presentable as we’re going along. On the flip side, this helps the person getting the work done to be able to see what we’re actually doing as opposed to only being able to see the mess.
