Aside from strategic planning, we will go in-depth into different business functions. Strategies will be developed to improve the processes in place. Methods for scaling up are created with a better direction for any team members.
I will be sure to cover major areas of the business such as marketing, sales, policies, operations, and other important aspects. The ultimate goal is to guide clients through the planning process and develop action plans that deliver real results in realistic timeframes.
Training services
Training for clients and their team is sometimes a critical part of the action plans. We will work together to implement training where required to help ensure there are smooth transitions to improved tasks.
Experience and Credentials
My education and experience led me to choose to become a certified business and executive coach in the Montana area today. I studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Arizona. My master’s degree is in Aeronautical Science.
Serving over 30 years in the military allowed me to carry out multiple roles, including commander and senior executive. The experience groomed me to coach and train others, including the ability to strategize with a team.
I went on to become a certified business coach and executive coach with FocalPoint to help business owners in the Montana, Wyoming, Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington.
