Where direct mail is sent is based on the post office’s mail routes. When you set up a direct mail campaign, you select the routes you would like the mail sent to and the price is based on how many stops occur on the route.
Our team can help you review the USPS routes in your target area and determine which ones provide the best return on investment and best target your ideal consumers.
Once the ideal routes are selected, we will know the quantity of mailers needed to fill the campaign. Some clients come to us with a print-ready design from their in-house graphic design team, but for businesses without designers on staff we are happy to offer our services to design the perfect piece for their campaign.
We can meet with you to determine the goals of your campaign and design a few options for you to choose from, then tweak your favorite one until it’s perfect. There are design requirements put in place by USPS for postage, and our team is experienced in working with those so you can be assured your mail piece will look great.
Once the design is perfected, we can print the mailers here in-house and we will coordinate the drop off with USPS, so you can pay one invoice to us for printing and postage.
On the day of mailing, we can take the mailers to USPS and drop them off with the right person. Since our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for our clients, this allows them to run a direct mail campaign without ever leaving their office.
