Anyone who lives, works or plays in Nashville knows the city is growing at a tremendous rate. To see the changes, just look at photos of the Nashville skyline over the past five years. The Nashville Downtown Partnership (NDP) has helped shape the city’s growth since 1994. To bring a fresh energy and vitality to NDP’s office space, we fabricated and installed wall murals and custom signage. Let’s take a look at this fun project! [caption id="attachment_1778" align="aligncenter" width="600"] This vibrant new wall mural added a burst of color to the Nashville Downtown Partnership’s office space. [/caption] For this project, we worked with Flow Construction, the general contractor, and Gresham Smith & Partners, the interior design firm. Here are the elements we installed: Lobby Wall Mural We printed and installed a 33.5’ wide x 10’ tall multi-colored, vinyl wall mural with a matte laminate for the lobby. To create the 2’ 8” dimensional letters, we laser cut the letters from acrylic, painted them white, and then installed them with spacers to create the standoff effect. [caption id="attachment_1779" align="aligncenter" width="600"] These letters were installed with spacers for a dimensional effect.[/caption] Custom Signage with Wall Mural We fabricated and installed an additional wall mural and vibrant collection of custom signage above a counter in the main lobby. The wall mural contained a grey diagonal pattern, and the signs were made with digitally printed vinyl (adhered to 6mm PVC) in bright colors with white lettering. [caption id="attachment_1780" align="aligncenter" width="600"] These signs were fabricated with wooden channels, which makes them easily interchangeable. [/caption] Contour Cut Vinyl Graphic We printed and contour cut this 3’ x 4’ vinyl graphic of NDP’s logo to add a pop of color to this plain, white wall. [caption id="attachment_1781" align="aligncenter" width="500"] This vinyl wall graphic is a nice complement to the other more colorful wall murals and custom signage. [/caption] Core Purpose Wall Mural The mural pictured below was printed and installed on a wall behind the printer. It reminds visitors (and employees) of the core purpose of NDP, which is to make downtown “the compelling urban center in the Southeast to live, work, play and invest.” [caption id="attachment_1782" align="aligncenter" width="500"] Wall murals are perfect for displaying company mission statements![/caption] Wall murals and custom signage like these offer a great way to show your visitors and customers the products you offer, as well as what you stand for.
