SEGs are dye-sublimated, high-resolution graphics printed on tensioned fabric. A silicone strip is sewn to the edge of the graphic and inserted into an aluminum framing system with a recessed groove. The fabric is pulled tight within the frame to create a beautiful presentation.

We’ve installed SEGs for several companies such as the Fedex Forum in Memphis, Ascend Federal Credit Union, and Accella Performance Materials, and we love the results! Here are several reasons why you should consider using SEGs for your wall displays:
High Resolution Graphics - Image quality is a great advantage to silicone edge graphics. They are printed using a dye-sublimation process, which yields rich, vivid colors that are permanently embedded in the fabric, rather than printed on the surface. Glare is not an issue with tensioned fabric displays. The graphic is vibrant and beautiful from every angle.

SEGs are Easy to Setup and Remove (or Replace!)
Silicone edge graphics are simple to setup and remove. In fact, even retail store employees can easily and quickly refresh graphics. SEGs can be replaced during season changes, sales or promotions, to display motivational messages, or to feature something exciting! Professionals are only required during larger installations.
Installation is easy. First, build the the aluminum extrusion frame. Insert the edge of the fabric into one corner of the frame at the top. Next, insert the opposite corner into the frame at the bottom. Continue inserting the fabric starting from the middle and work toward the ends. The fabric will become tight when the installation is complete. Removing the fabric is even easier. Just pull the silicone edge gently out of the frame.

LED Lighting Options
LED lighting is an option available for SEG displays. Bright, efficient LED lighting adds even, consistent backlighting and impact to silicone edge graphics. Light boxes are also very easy to install.

Easy Care
Another advantage to silicone edge graphics is ease of care. Here are care recommendations:
- Spot cleaning is recommended.
- SEGs can be machine washed in a commercial size, front-loading machine. (This can only be done a couple of times and on delicate cycle.)
- They can be steamed to remove wrinkles during installation.
- SEGs can be folded or placed on a roll for storage
Reasonable Cost
One of the greatest advantages of silicone edge graphics is the cost! They are one of the most economically priced options available for higher-end, interchangeable signage.
