We enjoy working with companies and organizations who plan large-scale events. Sometimes just figuring out how to get attendees to the correct locations can be a major undertaking! Fortunately, we’re pretty good at planning, designing, and installing directional signage to help attendees easily find their way!
Recently, we were commissioned to create a variety of wayfinding (also called directional) signs for the
National Society for Financial Studies (SFS) Cavalcade North America 2017 event held at the
Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. The 3-day event was spread out among several buildings, so bold, eye-catching directional signage was a necessity!
For the outside areas, we installed graphics on a variety of surfaces including:
- vinyl signs on brick entrances
- textured sidewalk decals
- yard signs
- window graphics

Inside the buildings, we installed branded directional signs which pointed the way to events, including:
- a registration banner
- door signs
- stair signage
- column banners
- floor decals
- signage on elevator doors

In addition, we installed prominent (you can’t miss them!) restroom signs as well as general informational signs (announcing session times, locations, meals, and breaks.) The majority of the signs were high-quality, low-tack adhesive and were easily removed after the event.
