When we were contacted by Square Cow Moovers about fabricating and installing advertising graphics on their (square) 2010 Scion Xb, we could tell they knew how to market their services! The company began in Texas in 2008, added services in Colorado, and has now expanded and made its home in Tennessee. With their creative name and ready-to-print graphics, we were excited to help them brand their services and start spreading the “word about the herd” here in the Nashville area.
We took their print-ready vector art and fabricated it digitally on our HP Latex 360 64” Wide Format High Production Printer, using premium high-performance vinyl with a protective UV laminate for both sides of the Scion.
We digitally printed the vector image on perforated vinyl for the rear window, with a premium optically clear laminate. We got the specific Pantone colors from them and programmed them into our print files so that their official colors were used in the vehicle graphics to introduce them properly to the Nashville area. Our final step in finishing the Scion was giving their new customers a way to reach them. We used white cut vinyl to put their website in large letters across the rear bumper.
When everything was installed, we parked the Scion in the bright, warm sun to give the graphics a chance to settle on to the vehicle. Natural heat has an amazing effect, particularly on perforated vinyl, and helps seal it onto the glass in the sunlight.
