Project: Custom Wood and Acrylic Dimensional Logo Sign Location: Smyrna, TN Client: Barbiere Orthodontics We were contacted by Barbieri Orthodontics (a previous client of ours) to assist them with a sign at their newest location in Smyrna, TN. They already had a gorgeous plan in mind for the new office, and they wanted the sign to fit the style of the new construction, using a combination of wood and acrylic. Barbieri Orthodontics, lead by Dr. Damon Barbieri, sees patients of all ages who are wanting their teeth to look as fabulous as possible. Not only are they professional, but their team knows how to have fun and make their patients feel very comfortable during any procedure that they offer. The images above show the wood and acrylic layers used for the sign. Since they already knew the way they wanted the new sign to look, we just needed to plan out how to make it all come together. The picture below shows the installed signage, including the office's brandmark and their business name in acrylic dimensional letters.

The circular backer of the brandmark was made out of 1/2" thick finish-grade birch plywood. You can't tell from the photos, but the birch matches the dimensional wood tiles on the counter facade of the office. We laser cut the circle on our in-house laser machine and bonded 1/4" thick laser cut white acrylic to it cut into the shape of the Barbieri Orthodontics brandmark.

The individual letters of their business name are also cut from 1/4" thick white acrylic. All pieces were installed in the office, using a custom template and very high bond adhesive tabs. The finished sign against the deep blue textured wallpaper looks absolutely striking in the office.

Logo signs are such a simple and effective way to create brand awareness and, in this case, to add to the impressive look of a new office location.
