Project: Golf cart wraps Location: Nashville, TN Client: Vanderbilt University Athletics (Football, Baseball, and Basketball) For many years, we've worked with Vanderbilt University (VU) Athletics to update and install advertising wraps on the golf carts that they use for their athletic teams. The golf cart wraps promote the teams, increase school pride, and provide eye-catching transportation around the campus for teammates, coaches, staff, and potential recruits. Located in Nashville, Vanderbilt University is a private research university with around 6,500 undergraduates. The school prides itself on consistently being ranked one of the top 20 universities in the nation by reputable publications, such as U.S. News & World Report. As a current member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC), the school has brought home a number of team and individual league and national championships. Among the fifteen men's and women's varsity sports teams at Vanderbilt, we have worked on the golf carts for the football, baseball, and basketball teams. The photos below show the most recent wraps we've completed for the three team categories. The process for each wrap was a little different. For VU football, we used gold chrome cut vinyl to really make the graphics stand out on the gloss black. This cart is the yin to the yang of the other golf cart for the football team. For the other one, we wrapped the cart in gold chrome with gloss black vinyl decals.  

We also designed and wrapped two golf carts for the Vanderbilt baseball team. The school sent us high-resolution photos and wanted us to make their superstars (past and present) shine. Reaching the College World Series for two years in a row, and winning the National Championship in 2014, really increases the pride and excitement for the team. We used the official star V logo in a repeated pattern as the background and placed key players, including Dansby Swanson and David Price, throughout the layout of the design.

For the smaller of the two carts, Vanderbilt asked that we highlight the 2014 National Championship team. Using the same repeated star V logo for the background, we added a team photo and another celebratory photo to the design. The front of the cart features the National Champions logo. It's a true tribute to the talented team from 2014.

Our most recent project was a golf cart wrap for the VU basketball team. For this cart, the school provided the graphics that they wanted, and we digitally printed, laminated, and installed them. Whether our talented designers create the design, or we receive completed artwork from our customers, we love to see how the final product turns out. Obviously, this cart is missing some parts (like seats!) that were installed after the golf cart left our shop, but we know it looks sharp representing Vanderbilt University basketball.
