Project: New Vinyl Lettering & Graphics Location: Nashville, Tennessee Client: The Urban Juicer We've had the privilege of working with The Urban Juicer since its very beginning in 2012. From vehicle wraps to signage, we have enjoyed creating and installing new projects for them. Recently, they contacted us to design and install vinyl lettering and graphics to the clear splash guards in their Nashville shop. We also touched-up some vinyl on the front door and installed vinyl on the door leading into their kitchen. The Urban Juicer is a fresh juice and smoothie bar that originally gained a following with satellite juice bars in the Green Hills and Bellevue YMCA locations. With the success of the satellite locations, the brand opened its very own freestanding location in a renovated bungalow on Eighth Avenue South in Nashville in 2013. The Urban Juicer menu features a wide variety of cold-pressed juices, frushies (healthy fruit slushies), smoothies, salads, wraps and snacks. Be warned: check out the menu before you go! You will want to have time to browse the detailed descriptions for most of the items on their menu. The images below show two of the splash guards with the new vinyl lettering and graphics we installed. We used a design that we originally created for the exterior windows of the building back in 2013. By using the same design again, we produce a unified look throughout the shop. This one mentions organic superfoods and snacks. Each splash guard features another menu item. After we applied the frosted vinyl, we placed the white vinyl lettering on top of it. We used the front side of the splash guard to allow The Urban Juicer staff to easily clean the back of the pieces without worrying about scratching or damaging the vinyl. We also replaced worn vinyl lettering on the front door of the shop. For the inside of the shop, we continued the logo theme by installing the frosted etched vinyl design on the window of the door to the kitchen. Adding the new vinyl allows the shop to advertise more and expand the use of their logo, while creating a more unified look all around. Repeating a logo or using a theme with a logo provides a wonderful way to really tie a brand together. For The Urban Juicer, the logo can be seen on the windows, splash guards and doors. This consistency offers a more visually pleasing display for customers that becomes more comfortable and memorable. We love having various elements of a logo to work with to build the brand. If you are looking for a new look for your business, we can help. We specialize in wall murals, graphics, vinyl applications and more. Please call us at 615-595-6564, or email us at murray@12pointsignworks.com today!
