Project: Custom Advertising Bus Wraps Location: Middle Tennessee Club Locations Client: Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee Recently, we were contacted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee to install advertising wraps on six of  their buses. The organization has six locations in the Middle Tennessee area, including a Franklin location close to our shop. They want to give their buses, each a different make and model (and some quite vintage!), a more unified look by having the same general design on each of them. Although it's a little smaller, the graphics are almost identical.[/caption] The images above show two of the six buses that we have wrapped for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee. The organization provided the graphics for the wraps, but they are not formatted to fit the variety of bus models. Rich (our Director of Wrap Installation) uses his design talent to create custom templates for each bus and to adapt the graphics to fit each one. Once the individual designs are made, Rich creates print files that are sent to our wide format color printer. The Boys & Girls Clubs of America have been around for over 100 years, and our Middle Tennessee organization is one of the originals. The clubs provide a safe location for youth to learn and grow while offering meaningful relationships with caring adult professionals. The foundation of each Boys & Girls Club includes:

• Facilities dedicated to youth programs and activities
• Club hours scheduled around times the kids need them the most - including weekdays after school and over the summer months
• Trained professionals who serve as role models and mentors with volunteers providing additional support
• Affordability and availability for all regardless of gender, ethnicity, or income

For these advertising wraps, we digitally print each one based off of the custom template created by Rich. We use Avery MPI 1005 EZ vinyl for the digital print with an Avery DOL 1060 gloss overlaminate. The Avery 1005 is a premium vinyl material commonly used for vehicle graphics and wraps, and the Avery DOL 1060 protects the digital print from scratches and wear-and-tear from the outdoors. We also use perforated window film for the rear windows to allow visibility from the inside out. Advertising wraps offer an inexpensive and effective way to promote any business or service. Mobile advertising can generate 30,000 to 70,000 advertising impressions in just one day. For the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee, the wraps also provide a way to identify the buses as they are transporting youth from one location to another.
