New technologies such as colored vinyl allow the case coat of any wrap to stay consistent and ensuring the vinyl won't "blow out" when heated up. Traditionally we'd actually print the color onto white vinyl, but as vinyl manufacturers continue to expand their color selection, we are able to match the desired color to pre-colored vinyl! Take the Moe's catering van for example. Instead of printing that exact yellow onto white vinyl, we were able to find a pre-colored vinyl similar to that of the Moe's yellow! This makes sure that the vinyl's color doesn't fade and "blow out" around tight contours. Once we establish the base vinyl and color, we can add printed black and white vinyl on top for lettering for any additional details.
