If something gets hit with rock chips and debris often, such as a front spoiler, or hood, the vinyl will wear faster, but it will also protect your paint from the damages of the road too. You may find yourself replacing the graphics every few years or so, but it’s better than re-painting the vehicle; especially upon trade in or sale of the vehicle. The paint and finish underneath the vinyl is in the same condition it was when you wrapped it!
