The popularity in camo wraps is rising rapidly. Here at 12-point Signworks, we get inquiries about them more and more, especially as well known companies such as Mossy Oak, or RealTree camo systems begin to license out their patterns. Originally found on clothing and hunting gear, these companies made famous for their patterns are now licensing their patterns to create full vehicle wrap kits.

Not too long ago, we collaborated with our first camo wrap job on a brand new camaro for Kristy Lee Cook. We installed the provided licensed graphics from Mossy Oak Graphics, and installed them here in our Franklin, TN Shop. Impressed with the quality and service of Mossy Oak Graphics, we again took on another job wrapping a client’s Dodge pickup truck in Mossy Oak’s “Brush” pattern. Mossy oak Graphics uses only high quality 3M materials, unlike some other camo vinyl providers. Their graphics came printed in full HD, printed and laminated on 3M wrap cast materials, and ready to install. The overall experience made it smooth and fun to do the install, and we were praised for our work by pleased customers.
Along with using the licensed products from camo companies, we also have a few camo patterns developed for ourselves. Some customers want a custom pattern, not popular among the masses. We recently proposed one of our own patterns to a client looking to wrap his custom golf cart he uses for hunting. The cart is silent, and makes no noise when driving. We designed, printed, laminated, and cut our own graphics on the high quality wrap cast materials. After surveying the surfaces available for wrap, we ended up wrapping the hood, front and rear fenders, steering column, and a few pieces in the rear. Along with this project, we are currently working on wrapping the Robertson County Sheriff’s Department D.A.R.E patrol car in custom camo vinyl- matched with reflective bright orange D.A.R.E logos as a play off the orange vests used in the hunting community. This is a great mixture of creative graphic design, outdoor and safety –inspired styles to help make the D.A.R.E vehicle unique.
