To transform your body requires total commitment to the steps I’ve outlined in this program. This is something that my clients hear from me all the time. 

When you overwork your muscles, your body will “default” to its overuse patterns of movement. This is exactly what we’re trying to change! Don’t be tempted to do hundreds of repetitions. These exercises are designed to be performed in small segments of time. The changes you desire will come with persistent and consistent practice.

How quickly can you achieve results?

Probably the most common question that I get from clients is how fast they will see results. While the answer is always different for every person, it is very much based on their commitment.
