Traci from Edward Rose and Sons and her team used to order all of their printing needs manually either by phone or fax. They were using at least five different suppliers for their business printing needs, brochures and apparel. Edward Rose and Sons manages over 30 individual apartment complexes and each manager was responsible for ordering their own supplies from a fax order sheet. As you might guess with 30 locations and the manual process there were more than a few mistakes with faxed orders especially for all of the various envelopes and business cards they order. Traci has the manager privileges so at any time she can review what every property is ordering. Their processing time has been greatly reduced.
