Just about every business needs signage and brochures. You might even argue that your brochure is one of the most important marketing pieces. It’s the thing that people take with them, keep, review, and often ultimately make a decision upon. So we understood how our client was feeling about their current signage and brochure.
Golf Villas, located in Arizona, is a property managed by Beztak Property Management, our client here in Michigan. They called us because they were working with a local signage company and were not pleased with the design they came up with.
Not only can we help with anything marketing related here at High Impact Solutions, but we can also assist you with creative support, i.e. design. As you can see in the image above the design was lacking in detail, readability and was not at all representative of the actual property. Our client wanted a piece that was top notch, functional, and truly representative of the upscale facility that it is. Our design team spent many hours working with the owner of the property to create a professional design, one that matched his expectations, something that was easy to use, and that properly reflected the property itself and the surrounding golf course and mountains.
As you can see, in the image below, that’s exactly what we were able to deliver. Our client was very happy with the results.
