The area's newest community has a front row seat to the Still River.  Riverview at Brookfield Condominiums is a community of Townhomes and Ranch-style condominiums. Riverview provides homes with "granite kitchen countertops, hardwood floors, GE stainless steel appliances and more." These units have plenty of room to host parties and feature a spacious master bedroom. Unlimited Signs constructed the site/road signs for Riverview. The development plan is featured as well as advertising the 42 units waiting to be turned into homes. The first sign has 3 posts and two faces. To make this we first measured the posts to see what size sign we needed. The lettering is made out of  black vinyl material. Since the sign is multi-colored we used the printer. Our colors are from the x-Rite Color Management System. We took the logo and created a sign that looked elegant and professional.  We printed this on vinyl and mounted the print on Max Metal material. To install, we screwed the face to the existing post. The second sign is freestanding and also has two faces on it. This sign is a moveable directional sign. The third and final sign is showcased below. It shows the layout of Riverview providing information on which homes have already been sold and which are still available.
