Inson from SoHo salon  came to us for a lighted road sign.  She wanted a Custom Sign/ Pylon Lighted Road Sign for a directional road sign. We needed 2, 2feet by 5 feet custom sign/pylon lighted road signs. One, for the front side, and the other for the back. Before making the custom sign/road signs, make sure the measurements of the custom/road signs are correct. There are times when the customer changes their mind.   Unlimited Signs, Designs and Graphics did the following: For both road signs, we cut lexan material to meet the measurements required.  For the logo we used our printer.  We print the logo using translucent vinyl material. To make the black background of the sign non-translucent we used our plotter. Since the custom signs /pylon lighted road signs go outside, we need to laminate first to protect the ink from the harsh weather. After the lamination is done, we squeegee the printed vinyl material to the lexan signs.   To avoid wind, dust, bugs and even snow, we made the custom signs/road signs in our climate control shop.  For more information go to http://unltdsigns.com/13-gallery-of-signs.html
