Lehmer's Buick Pontiac GMC is here to stay Many of you have heard about the financial challenges facing GM and their franchised dealers. Lehmer's supports the path that GM is taking to improve its financial health, and we are pleased to announce that we have been selected as one of GM's remaining dealerships. Lehmer's was selected to be part of GM's scaled-down dealer network as a result of our achievements in customer satisfaction, sales effectiveness, and the quality of our new facility. While many dealerships in the Bay Area have closed or will close in the coming months, Lehmer's will continue to thrive because of loyal customers like you.   It is likely that GM will enter into a pre-arranged bankruptcy around June 1st. The bankruptcy process is expected to go smoothly and quickly. The result is that GM, and Lehmer's, will be in a stronger position once this process is completed. The new General Motors will be leaner, healthier, and quicker to adapt to the changing tastes of American consumers.
