Project Background Details
The client had a property that had been on the market for an extended amount of time, and they were looking for an advertising solution to help with this issue. We first changed out the wood posts. These were showing signs of weather erosion and porous damage that occurs over time with this material, even through paint! We changed this to MaxMetal, an aluminum composite that is filled with a plastic composite, and will be long-lasting, as well as sturdy. The 4 ft. by 8 ft. sign panel was done with the same MaxMetal aluminum. The aluminum was topped with a calendared vinyl, as well as a durable laminate overlay. The final results have a clear visual impact, paired with a long-lasting product!
