Pro-Tint helped out a customer recently, Leilani Munter, (self-professed, vegetarian, hippie chic, who drives an ARCA Series Racecar) with her personal car a Model S P85+ Tesla. We previously protected it with a durable, invisible, clear paint protection film, which covered 100% of the painted surfaces on her Tesla.
On a routine trip her car was damaged in a parking lot. The paint protection film did its job and sacrificed itself to protect the paint, and took the abuse. As a result, the Paint protection film, in the damaged area, needed to be replaced to maintain the pristine paint of her Tesla. Aaron Darling a certified Paint Protection specialist removed the damaged film and re-applied a new piece of clear film, restoring it to an undamaged state.
