We were excited to meet one of our latest clients, Coolest Shoes in California, through the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. Coolest Shoes in California is a retailer with a great location in the village, right in the downtown area where many shoppers and tourists pass by every day. Coolest Shoes began in 2008 and they have grown and succeeded since then, and their window signage needed a chance to shine.
What started as a weekend gig for a husband and wife team has become a beloved part of Carlsbad Village. Coolest Shoes in California is all about comfort, quality, and great customer service. Storefront Window Graphics
We wanted to promote these top notch brands with the new window graphics, so when we created design options we focused on ones that would easily highlight the awesome products inside the store. To ensure that every one of our designs worked well regardless of what the client chose, we conducted a site survey, took photos, and captured accurate measurements to create design layouts that worked.
The option the client ultimately chose features nine logos for the upper window, ganged all together for maximum visual appeal. We also added in a Coolest Shoes white logo for the front window and a custom print Coolest Shoes color logo. It is all printed on exterior grade 3M vinyl, and to make the graphics last even longer we added UV laminate to protect from the elements.
Installation involved removing the former window signs, and cleaning and prepping the surface first. We installed the vinyl graphics with a ladder at 10 feet to 12 feet high, based on the layout we proposed. The client was pleased with the end result, and it certainly looks great from the street level in this prominent location.
