North Coast Signs is proud to have been selected for 2013 to provide the new graphic wraps on the two primary Callaway Golf Tour Support Services trailers!
Callaway Golf is one of the leading golf companies in the world, specializing in golf clubs and golf equipment of all kinds. Recently, we were contacted by Callaway because they needed their two professional golf tour service trailers fully wrapped. And we’re pleased to announce that we were selected for 2013 to provide the new graphic wraps for their tour support trailers.
To wrap their tour trailers with the new 2013 graphics, we first had to remove last year’s graphics. Typically, companies will have a new product, or particular aspect of their business, that they want to promote each year. This year, for Callaway, it was their new X Hot product line. The new X Hot product line features clubs that are designed for X-tra distance. If you’re a golfer and you haven’t tried out one of the new X Hot golf clubs from Callaway, you might want to go down to your local club house and see if they have any demos you can try out.
For a project of this scope, we had to move the vehicles indoors. This was to ensure the graphics application was completed with the highest quality and consistency. In an indoor environment, temperature is easier to control, helping to ensure the final result comes out perfect. The PGA Tour trailer includes custom printed, cut and applied stripes on the truck. There are also graphics on the ends of the pop-outs, and window perforation on both sides of the side door. The result is the graphic remains in-tact whether the door is open, or closed.
Seen in the image below is the web.com truck. It presented a bit of a challenge due to the extreme curves on the fully custom truck. This required a bit more precision, and patience, to get right.
