Playful wall graphics brighten space for four-legged guests

We all know wall graphics are widely used to set the mood and inspire us in any environment, whether it be for personal, business or leisure use. But one company recognized the need to liven up their graphics for visitors of the four-footed variety. Whole Dog Sports Center in Carlsbad, California, recently opened a new 5,000+ square foot athletic training facility which provides a great place for man's best friend to workout. However, this large warehouse space featured a 100' long blank wall that just begged to be given a treat.
In preparation for the facility's grand opening, they enlisted North Coast Signs to provide custom designed 'racing stripes' to add some lively energy to this fun space. The solution involved starting with Whole Dog Sports Center's corporate yellow and blue colors and their vision to feature waves in keeping with the character of this vibrant seaside community. Three stripes were produced using premium pigmented cut vinyl: A yellow baseline, a light blue center strip and a dark blue surface of waves. The waves were custom designed in a variety of different sizes at irregularly spaced intervals, so as not to have a predictable repetition along the long surface of the wall.
The owners of Whole Dog Sports were so pleased with the results that they also enlisted North Coast Signs to produce custom labels to affix to 'chuckers' they had sourced for online sales to their customers and as a giveaway at the grand opening event. The final solution made a great impression on the hugely successful event, which was met with many a wagging tail.
