We pride ourselves on the premier customer service that we offer to our clients on a daily basis. But without the top-notch craftsmanship in our business, the customer service would mean nothing. One of our customers, Cindy Howell of Great Clips, was looking for an eye-catching design to advertise their upcoming Haircut Sale. While visiting our showroom, she fell in love with some of the colors and fonts we had on items displayed in our showroom. She asked us if we could do something to make her advertising pop like she saw in the showroom. Phillip, our lead designer, put together a simple, yet "wow" design and we shared it with Cindy. She like it so much, she asked if we could show it to all of the Great Clip owners in the Atlanta area, representing about 130 stores. A couple of weeks ago, Don went and showed off the work to the other franchise owners, and five of them wanted the design for their stores as well. With the design, we made banners, car magnets, static clings, and floor vinyls for close to 50 local stores. Last week we spent all our time making everything and then delivering everything across the Atlanta metro area in time for the sale that started this past week. Through our total offering of design, production and service we were able to meet demand for the local business owners at Great Clips.
