The first step for this signage project is determining the exact requirement of the customer and the type of vehicle. Mancini Electric was looking for vinyl lettering for their fleet of trucks. Since most trucks were different brands and models a detailed inspection of the fleet is necessary. When agreed on the material and the size we proceed with the design.
Mancini Electric has an existing logo and wanted to use this for their vehicle graphics, along with the phone number and e-mail. In this case Mancini Electric provided the full artwork for the vehicle graphics in order for us to finalize the exact design based on the measurements. If you are unable to provide the full artwork for your vehicle wrap or graphics our experienced Graphic Designer will be more then happy to create a custom design.
Upon approval of the final proof we proceed with the actual production of the truck lettering. Our Digital HP Latex 360 Printer produces an outstanding quality product for the finest graphics. The printed graphics will be laminated to be protected for outdoor use. Our plotter cuts the graphics to the desired size.
The last step of the process is the installation of the vehicle graphics. The truck lettering needs to be applied carefully in order to keep a long-lasting result. When we install the graphics we make sure to determine the exact location on the vehicle and that it’s bubble free. Mancini Electric vehicle fleet is now ready for the road!
