Looking for the perfect real estate signs?
This article discusses different signage options for real estate professionals and how these types of signs are used to generate more interested buyers. Some of the more popular types of signs used by real estate agents and brokers are post & panel signs, step stake signs, listing signs and A-frame signs.
Listing Signs
First up are listing signs, also known as arm post and panel signs. You can see an example in the picture above. They are probably the most common type of real estate sign that people see, and are the traditional ‘go to’ real estate sign. Listing signs provide important information about the particular home or property being sold.
Post and Panel Signs
Next are post and panel signs. You can see an example of a post and panel sign in the picture below. This type of sign is a type of listing sign and gets its name because it is typically comprised of a post and one or more panels.
A-Frame Real Estate Signs
A-frame real estate signs, also known as curb signs, are a great option for when you can’t stick a post or stake into the ground. Seen in the picture above and to the left, this type of sign is a great way to put your message just about anywhere. They are a very handy and portable type of sign that can be easily picked up and relocated without much trouble. We suggest A-frame signs when portability is important, for example during an open house.
Step Stake Signs
Step stake signs are ideal for marketing outdoor signs that can be installed on a lawn or other soft ground location. The stakes that hold the sign are hammered into the ground to firmly hold the sign into place. Installing this sign is quick and easy and all it requires is that you step on the stake to plant it into the ground. This sign is made as a low cost marketing solution that can quickly increase traffic to your property and is ideal for short term usage.
