Facebook Feed– There will be zero suggested posts on your feed. In fact, it will only be content from people you follow. Plus, you can create a favorites list and narrow down the content you see more than ever before.

Home Tab– This is much like the explore page on IG and suggested posts. You will be given suggested content based on the FB algorithm and customized specifically for you.

So, you may be wondering how this will impact businesses. That is a great question! Now, it will be so much easier for people who already follow your brand to see and interact with it in the FB feed. Since there will be less clutter and no suggested posts, people will be more likely to see your content.

This update appears to be a good one, but with FB relying so heavily on the algorithm, it could backfire. Only time will tell!
