There are a few key things that may lead to a review being filtered out as spam:

1. There is a phone number or website listed in the review.
2. The review is inappropriate.
3. It appears to be inauthentic.
4. Inaccurate or Duplicate Google Business Profiles
5. Your GBP is brand new.
6. Your listing is no longer active.
