Once you have a full understanding of how your business is doing and if your consumer interactions are healthy, that is when you can take your business to the next level.

Our next bit of content comes from the ladies of Marketing Mix. On their podcast, they discussed the importance of responding to your customers online and how to make responding easier.

Responding to your Customers Online is Crucial

Today we are in an age where customer service is of the utmost importance. As a business owner, how quickly are you responding to your customers? Are you responding to online reviews? Most customers are expecting a response no longer than 6 hours after they comment. This is why quickness is the key to conversational marketing.

To make sure you don’t miss a comment and to make responding easier, you should have business accounts on all your social media platforms. On Facebook, you can even set up auto-replies and set up a FAQ section. Make sure you set up your questions to lead the customer to a solution or a way to contact you. The contact method listed should be whatever you use or check most often.

Not only will responding quickly make your customers happy, but with online reviews, it will boost your SEO. Make sure you have your Google My Business notifications on so you’ll never miss a review. When writing a response, keep a kind, brief, and professional tone on every review, both positive and negative.

Overall, don’t leave people hanging. Don’t let a bad review go unanswered because they might change it if you respond quickly with a solution.
