BEFORE   On April 4^th 2013 a smoke call was received by Kegan Stephens. The homeowner had suffered a fire in there house. It was a Catergory 3 fire/smoke loss. Stop Restoration immediately responded to the call and was there within minutes. The fire was due to a faulty damper on the fireplace. The smoke damage was extremely hazardous. Stop Restoration stepped the homeowner through the STOP Plan on how they will handle getting the homeowner back on their feet in no time! They also explained to the customer that the customer will have to approve the work that has been provided by STOP after each task of the job has been completed.
