One cold February Day We here at Stop Restoration received a phone call from a lady stating she had came home from a trip to find her downstairs Dining area flooded. She stated that a bathroom line busted from upstairs and came down from the floor onto her downstairs dining area she needed immediate help so our guys got on the job right away. Upon Arrival they entered and seen no standing water the lady had a plumber go and fix the pipe that had busted and she also had someone  go clean up the water so are crew went and seen where the pipe was they had to cut a little square out from the closet because the pipe was in between the bathroom and closet wall. The crew found that the pipe was still leaking so she called the plumber back out as we started setting our machines up. We looked at all the affected areas and placed or machines where all the wet areas were. They sat for two days than the crew went back out seen that it was dry and made sure that there was no spots growing mold. The last check they did seemed great the flooring under the carpet was wood by the way so that is why we did a structure dry the wood was fully dry we went in from under the floor which was the dining area and placed the machines we also placed one in her closet and one in her restroom.  She was very happy with the drying process and the way the team handled things she gave us a very good rating as well.
