We received a call from Loews Madison Hotel in Washington, DC. They were opening a new restaurant in downtown DC, on 15th St, and needed help with their window signs. They wanted custom window graphics showcasing the opening of Rural Society, one of Iron Chef Jose Garces’s new restaurants featuring the rustic cuisine of Argentina. as their new head chef. The restaurant was going to be under construction for three months and they wanted bold, eye catching graphics on all of their windows. The goal was to prevent people from seeing the construction but allowing light into space for the construction crew. Window Pref was the prefect choice.
The images above and below show creative and colorful graphics that look great against the greyish, somewhat mute building. You can see how we installed window graphics on each individual window, which when combined together create one large image. As you can see, the results turned out great.
Loews Madison Hotel has been around since 1963. The hotel was opened by President John F. Kennedy. It’s a hotel that caters to top-of-the-line customers and is a four star gem that we recommend trying if you are in the area. The hotel has made many improvements and renovations in recent years. A new partnership with Iron Chef José Garces is their latest addition and shows the investment the hotel has made for the future.
Custom graphics like these can really draw attention to your store, business or building. You could also consider using your windows as advertising space if you have a lot of foot or vehicle traffic outside your storefront.
