As a full-service custom sign fabrication company, we love taking on new challenges. Recently, our team was approached by Meg Virkar and David Moyers of Digital Infuzion of Gaithersburg, Maryland for a technical sign installation. This was a complicated project with specific production requirements that our team was thrilled to tackle. We got right to work!
The Product Specifications
Our new clients challenged us to take on two lobby sign fabrications that would feature four independently controlled LED zones. These individual zones would be programable with specific colors and designs through remote online access. In order to achieve this, we hardwired the signs with Ethernet infrastructure using the Bitro line of four channel addressable dimmer switches. The two new lobby signs were fabricated to correlate with the exterior channel letter sign on the building. All three signs were able to change coloring simultaneously. In the images attached, you can see sign mid production, and then installed. In the other photo, there are examples of the color combinations that can be customized for any need!
